• If you live in a rural or remote area, BigPond ISDN is more widely available than Broadband ASDL or Cable, and less expensive than Broadband Satellite. (Remember that ISDN is not available in all areas.)
• You can browse the net faster than on a dial-up plan, with ISDN speeds of up to 64kbps or even up to 128kbps*, depending on how your equipment is configured.
  You could save on call costs, because all your data calls to connect with BigPond using the Dial-up access number 019830888 are included in your monthly ISDN Plan fee.
• You don't need a separate phone line for the Internet, because your ISDN set-up establishes two channels on the same line, so you can talk on the phone with one channel and surf the net with the other. * A download speed of 128kbps is achieved where a customer uses both of their ISDN channels for Internet access.
